Students will be responsible for any costs not covered by the scholarship. The scholarship may only be applied to Tuition, Student Fees and Lab Fees
(Does not cover Books, Inclusive Access Fees or Tools). Federal Pell Grant, Employee Fee Remission, Workforce funding and VA Educational money will be applied to tuition and fees prior to the scholarship.
The Scholarship is only valid for the Fall 2018 semester. The scholarship may not be combined with any other institutional (WSU Tech) scholarships. The scholarship is only valid for
program and coursework listed above. Students must complete all financial aid requirements, be enrolled and awarded the scholarship prior to the exhaustion of scholarship funds.
Student must meet all standard Admissions requirements to enroll. Students must have obtained a high school diploma or GED and be a minimum of 17 years of age. Student must begin attending classes in the Fall 2018 semester.
A signed agreement with the student’s participation in the scholarship is required at the time of scholarship acceptance. Students who have been offered the scholarship must notify WSU Tech
of their intent to withdraw prior to the first day of the class if they no longer plan to attend. Students who do not show up to the class will have the scholarship revoked and will be held to the
regular drop/refund policy. Students who have applied for the scholarship but have not met the other deadlines will owe for the classes if they do not drop prior to the first day of class.
The scholarship has no cash value. Rainchecks are not available for this scholarship.
